Pointcalc Pro does not directly collect personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address. Third-party SDKs integrated in the app may automatically collect limited, non-personal data to function correctly.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process:

• Device hardware and software information
• Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA)
• App usage patterns and interaction data
• Approximate location at region level

The Watch Ads feature lets you voluntarily watch video ads in exchange for in-app rewards.

• Rewards are issued automatically upon full ad completion
• Ad delivery is handled entirely by Google AdMob
• Watching is always optional — never forced

Certain premium templates can be unlocked for free by watching 2 short rewarded video ads — no account, no login, no purchase required.

• Watch 2 rewarded ads to unlock full template access
• Access remains active for 24 hours from the moment of unlock
• Unlock state is stored locally on your device only
• No sign-in, no account, no personal data required
• After 24 hours, simply watch 2 ads again to re-unlock

Optional purchases are available to unlock premium features or remove ads permanently.

• All transactions are handled securely via Google Play Billing
• We never receive or store your payment card details
• All purchases are processed through Google Play. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via your Google Play account settings

We may use Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics to understand usage patterns and resolve crashes quickly.

• Session duration and feature engagement patterns
• Device model, OS version, app version
• Crash stack traces and error logs

We take reasonable technical measures to safeguard your data from unauthorised access.

• Tournament data is stored locally on your device
• No external servers store your personal tournament records
• Third-party SDKs are selected for their compliance standards

Pointcalc Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13.

• We do not knowingly collect data from minors
• If you're a parent and believe your child has used this app, contact us immediately
• We will promptly delete any inadvertently collected minor's data

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.

• Changes take effect immediately upon posting
• Significant updates will be highlighted in the app changelog
• Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy

The app requests only the minimum storage permissions required for its features, based on your Android version.

• Android 14+
  Requests READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED — partial photo library access only
• Android 13
  Requests READ_MEDIA_IMAGES only — for picking images from gallery
• Android 9 and below
  Requests READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — required to save files on older devices
• Android 10+
  No write permission needed — files are saved via the system's scoped storage API automatically
